主要承担全校非英语专业全日制本科学生、研究生和成人教育的大学外语教学工作。近年来通过
全体教师的共同努力，大外部在提高全校学生的英语水平方面取得了较好的成绩，也对全校教学
水平、教学质量的提高作出了自己的贡献。

Department of College English
The Department of College English is responsible for the task of College English teaching providing to all the non-English majors in the university, including the undergraduates, postgraduates and the students of adult education. With the efforts of all the teachers of the department, the English proficiency of the students has been greatly enhanced and great contributions have been made to promote the teaching quality of the University.
