“守住初心，方能守得云开见月明。”外国语学院坚持开展师德师能养成先锋岗、食堂秩序维护先锋岗、四六级跨院辅导先锋岗、垃圾分类先锋岗等阳光党员先锋岗活动，从最现实、最基础的问题出发，固化“我为师生办实事”的初心，做到“事事有回响，件件有落实”。

师德师能养成先锋岗

师德师能养成先锋岗针对学院学生的“急难愁盼”，提供多元平台，模拟实践课堂，旨在发挥外国语学院学子的专业技能，联动本科生和研究生，在教与评中展现亮点、发现不足、吸取长处、共同进步，不断磨炼师范技能、彰显师范特色。

“在参与师德先锋岗的过程中，我看到了党员同志严以律己、以身作则、宽以待人的品质。他们在讲台上游刃有余的讲解、在与同学互动中的巧妙回答，都是经过背后无数次的打磨训练，才有如此成就。

身为党员，他们发挥自身专长，利用自己的专业优势，用‘台上一分钟，台下十年功’这一理念要求自己，致力于给予学生最好的教育。在课堂上，他们对待学生的主动回答给予高度赞赏，对能力不够却努力发言的学生给予鼓励和肯定，身为未来的教师，他们毫不懈怠，努力为社会主义建设培养优秀的接班人。”

In the process of participating in the Pioneer Teacher' Post, I saw the qualities of Party members who are strict with themselves, setting an example and treating others with generosity. Their fluency on the podium and clever answers in interaction with students are the result of countless hours of polishing training behind the scenes to make them so successful.

As party members, they take advantage of their expertise and use their professional strengths, using the concept of 'one minute on stage, ten years of work under the stage.' They are committed to giving their students the best education. In the teaching classroom, they highly appreciate students’ active answers, encourage and affirm students who are not capable but try hard to speak, and as future teachers, they do not slacken their efforts to cultivate excellent successors for socialist construction .

食堂秩序维护先锋岗

食堂秩序维护先锋岗旨在动员党员、预备党员和入党积极分子加入食堂防疫志愿小分队，进行防疫引导，劝导校内师生做到出入食堂戴口罩，取餐过程有秩序，全力保障食堂防疫工作顺利运转。发挥党员的先进性和社会责任感，督促同学按规范落实食堂防疫要求，协力同心，一起打赢疫情防控保卫战。

“食堂里设立的党员先锋岗，旨在维持食堂秩序，促进文明用餐。是疫情防控的需要与新时代先进志愿精神的体现。

去年，我有幸参加了该活动。我穿着志愿者服装，站在桂苑食堂二楼。一位同学正要把烧烤下面垫着的纸和剩饭剩菜一起倒入泔水桶里。这时，另一位在她对面的同学迅速阻止了她并告知她正确的做法。我明白了食堂的秩序并不是只有我们在维护，大家都在努力。”

食堂に割り当てられた党員先鋒ウォッチャーは、食堂の秩序を維持し、マナーある食事を促進することを目的としています。コロナを予防するためでもあり、新時代を担う先進的なボランティア精神を体現するものでもあります。

昨年、私はこのボランティア活動に参加する機会に恵まれ、ボランティアのユニフォームに袖を通し、桂苑食堂の二階の下膳コーナーに立ちました。しばらくすると、焼き肉の下に敷いてあった紙を残飯と一緒に生ゴミを回収する桶の中に流し込もうとする人を見かけました。ところが、そう思ったときには、その向かい側にいた人がその人に素早く声掛けしてくれ、正しい下膳方法を教えてあげてくれました。こうして食堂の秩序は私たちボランティアだけによって守られているのではなく、利用者みんなの心がけで成り立っていることが実感できました。

“我清晰地记得那是个忙碌的正午，由于我着急去开会，吃完饭后便拿上帆布袋，端着餐盘大步走向倒垃圾处。当时周围有很多人，我试图绕开他们，没想到为了躲开前面正在后退的同学，一个踉跄，手中的餐盘里的菜碗和饭碗七零八落到了地上。当我正尴尬与不知所措的时候，有一位正在先锋岗的学姐向我走来，她一边说着'没关系没关系'，一边俯身就帮我把地上的三口碗捡了起来，还给予我温暖的关心，随后即默默无闻回到岗位。”

I vividly remember it was a busy midday. As I was in a hurry to attend a meeting, I grabbed my canvas bag  and strode to the trash place with my tray. There were a lot of people around and I tried to eschew them. All of a sudden, in order to avoid bumping the retreating classmate in front of me, I stumbled and the dishes fell to the ground in a mess. When I was embarrassed and at a loss, there was a 'vanguardist' on duty coming to me. She said repeatedly 'it doesn't matter!' and bent over to help me pick up the three bowls on the ground. She also gave me warm care. Then unknown to the public, she went back to the duty work.

四六级跨院辅导先锋岗

 四六级跨院辅导先锋岗充分展现外院学子的青年担当，通过开展四六级辅导教学，分享备考锦囊妙计，携手教育学院、生化学院、数计学院，共同备战，逐梦同行。发挥党员、预党和入党积极分子的先锋模范作用，以办实事为基点，积极参与教学活动，做到各学院互帮互助，将理论知识转化为实践力量，增强社会责任感和使命感。

“去年冬天，我参加了外语学院党员之家携手教育学院、生化学院和数计学院，组织开展的第十五期跨院英语辅导党员先锋岗活动。在此过程中，我发挥身为外国语学院学子的专业优势，助力其他院系的同学备考大学英语四级考试。我从词汇背诵、真题解析、词汇辨析与熟词生义、词汇替换与小词巧用四个方面进行了深入讲解，并分享了词根词缀记忆、联想记忆和分类记忆三种记忆诀窍，强调词汇储备需要长期积累，从而实现由量变到质变的转变。

当我的课得到了其他同学的肯定时，我不由地松了一口气，也感受到那种助人的喜悦。尽管我花了很长时间准备课程，但在真正授课时仍发现了自己的不足，参加党员先锋岗，既为奉献，也为自己的成长。”

Last winter, I participated in the 15th inter-college English Tutoring of the School of Foreign Languages, together with the School of Education, the School of Biochemistry and the School of Mathematics. In this process, I gave full play to my professional advantages as a student of the School of Foreign Languages and helped students from other departments prepare for CET 4. I gave in-depth explanation from four aspects: vocabulary recitation, real topic analysis, word discrimination and familiar words generating meaning, word substitution and skillfully using of some small words. In addition, I also shared three kinds of memory tricks: root and affix memory, associative memory and classification memory. At the same time, I emphasized the long-term accumulation of vocabulary reserve, so as to realize the transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change.

When my class was recognized by other students, I cannot help breathing a sigh of relief, and feeling the joy of helping others as well. Although I spent a long time preparing for the course, I still found my shortcomings in the real teaching. I joined the vanguard post of party members for both dedication and growth.

垃圾分类先锋岗

 清晨，就已经有身穿红马甲的志愿者坚守在垃圾分类劝导岗位上，这就是投入垃圾分类先锋岗的外院学子们。垃圾分类先锋岗深入贯彻落实习近平总书记对垃圾分类工作的重要指示精神，响应“垃圾分类工作就是新时尚”的号召。鼓励学生党员做垃圾分类的践行者、宣传者、倡导者和推广者，共同打造美丽浙师。

 “在参与‘垃圾分类’先锋岗活动中，我目睹了回收垃圾的叔叔对日常工作的热爱，这促使我更加勇于承担责任。每次在启明公寓参加‘垃圾分类’站岗活动，我都能看见这位叔叔活力满满地开着车来回收垃圾，还会热情地与我们打招呼。作为一名党员，我更应该向这样的普通群众学习。他身上这种不怕苦不怕累、还能从工作中汲取幸福感和获得感的精神深深打动了我，也让我意识到身为一名党员，我应该为打造干净清洁的校园而积极贡献我的力量，履行我的责任。”

Participating in the vanguard activity of 'garbage classification', I have witnessed the garbage collector’s enthusiasm to carry out his routine work, which empowers me to be more committed to shoulder responsibility. Every time when I stand in the Qiming Apartment to participate in this activity, I can see him drive in and out of the recycle station to transport the garbage, each time with full enegy and rich passion, and he greets us warmly as well. As a party member, I should learn from these ordinary people. His spirit of not being afraid of hardship and fatigue but discovering happiness and contentment from his routine work impresses me profoundly, and helps me realize that, as a party member, I should actively contribute my strength and fulfill my responsibilities in  creating a neat campus.

 “作为负责垃圾分类的志愿者，中午我没有吃饭，一下课就准时赶到了指定区域。整个过程中，有人匆匆忙忙，把垃圾随手一丢就快步离开。这时突然来了一个骑自行车的女生，她虽然神色着急，车上放了几个快递盒和一些生活垃圾，我正想上前帮忙，她却把车停好了，有条不紊地把不同的垃圾扔到指定的垃圾桶里，然后在离开前还对我说了句‘辛苦了’。那天冬天的中午，我收获了人与人之间互相的温暖。”

“As a volunteer in charge of garbage classification, without having lunch at noon, I arrived at the designated area immediately after class. During the whole process, some people were in a hurry, throwing rubbish away and leaving quickly. Then suddenly came a girl riding a bicycle. Although she looked worried, carrying a few express boxes and some household garbage, she parked the bicycle. When I was trying to come forward to help, she patiently threw different garbage into the designated trash can. Before leaving, she also said to me 'Thanks for your work'. At that winter noon, I got the warmth between people.”
